How do I schedule your maid service?2017-02-17T17:04:22-04:00

That’s the best part. Simply click the “Book Now”  tab and choose your date and time. You can schedule your cleaning and provide payment online.  We will process your credit card once the cleaning is complete. You can also call us at (317) 732-5071 if you like.

Why do you charge a first time cleaning fee?2015-01-08T10:54:02-04:00

First time cleanings are much more detailed than a normal visit.  We clean every nook and cranny, and prep the house for more cleanings in the future as well.  First time cleanings generally take about 30-40% longer than a normal cleaning, so we use the $40 fee as partial compensation for the extra time that the maids spend at your home.

We charge a $30 penalty fee if you cancel your cleaning within 12 hours of the appointment time. But we understand that things happen.   Please give us a call and we will see what we can do.

Do I need to be home while you clean?2014-12-30T11:48:06-04:00

No. In fact, most people are at work or school while we clean during normal business hours. All we need is access to your home. You provide a key or combination to your garage keypad, etc., and then come home to a clean house. If, however, you are home, that’s fine, too. It’s up to you.

We love pets!  Just make sure they are enclosed or crated if they are aggressive or territorial.  Otherwise, let them do what they normally do.  It’s their house!

We guarantee your satisfaction with myMaid. Although this rarely occurs, if we missed something, just give us a call within 24 hours and we will return to fix the issue. We’re not done until you are 100% happy.

We used trusted brand name products to clean your home. If you have any special requests or want us to use products you provide, we can do that. Just let us know.

Of course. We hold all of the necessary insurance, bonding, worker’s comp, and certification necessary to operate in Indiana.

We accept credit card only.  All processing is done securely through our website and Stripe.  Our site is SSL certified and PCI compliant.  We take the security of your credit card very seriously.

When will my card be charged?2014-12-30T11:50:11-04:00

Your card won’t be charged until your cleaning has been completed.  We verify your card info when you book your cleaning, and hold the payment until we’re done.  At that point, we send you an e-mail verifying that we’re all done, and authorize the payment.

Yes, we provide all supplies and equipment for our services.  If you would like us to use something specific, please call us and let us know.  All products are name brands that you know and trust.
